Job Description

Job Summary:

Smart Realty is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Sales Managers to lead and drive real estate sales across Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects in the assigned region.

  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.

  • Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective clients.

  • Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead management.

  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

  • Must be familiar with Delhi & Gurugram property markets.

  • Own vehicle (bike or car) preferred.


Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
