Job Summary:
Smart Realty is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives/Sales Managers to lead and drive real estate sales across Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of residential/commercial real estate projects in the assigned region.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and networking.
Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective clients.
Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end guidance throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and tele-calling teams for lead management.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Must be familiar with Delhi & Gurugram property markets.
Own vehicle (bike or car) preferred.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales or Marketing is a plus).
