Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Noida.. The Senior Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, manage lease administration processes, and ensure efficient handling of commercial real estate transactions. Responsibilities include analysing lease agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, evaluating real estate opportunities, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the role involves strategizing to optimize property performance and profitability.
Qualifications
Expertise in Property Management and Lease Administration
Strong knowledge of Leases and Real Estate principles
Experience in Commercial Real Estate transactions and operations
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Professional certifications in real estate management are a plus
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
