Propshop is hiring a goal-oriented and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead a dynamic sales team, drive deal closures, and manage the full sales cycle for our premium real estate projects. 🔑 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.

• Assign and track daily/weekly sales targets.

• Conduct regular coaching, huddles, and performance reviews.

🔹 Client Handling & Closures

• Manage the full sales funnel: from inquiry to site visits and final closure.

• Deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

• Negotiate deals and ensure maximum conversion.

🔹 Lead Management

• Work on leads from online portals, marketing campaigns, and walk-ins.

• Maintain disciplined follow-up using CRM tools.

• Optimize lead-to-sale conversion ratio through timely engagement.

🔹 Sales Reporting

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Offer insights into market trends, customer preferences, and pricing strategies.

✅ Candidate Requirements

• 4–7 years of real estate sales experience with team handling expertise.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented professional.

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)

• MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
