Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer interactions and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
• Address client queries, concerns, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Maintain and update CRM software (Pinga) with customer data.
• Coordinate with sales, legal, and accounts teams for document processing.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and issue reminders.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Min 2 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or real estate.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and resolve issues promptly.
• A customer-centric and problem-solving approach.
