• Assist the sales manager in creating the sales strategy, sales plan for the time.

• Providing training the team members

• Break down site office target to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement throughout the month.

• Oversee on-site customer experience.

• Meet customers on need basic for closer.

• Ensure complete customer documents are collected by the sales manager at the time of booking.

• Ensure inventory status is updated in the trackers / system, daily reconciliation of booking, inventory.

• Proven experience in sales and customer service.

• Marathi Language is compulsory .
