We are looking for a Real Estate Business Development, Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team Shree Brij Bhoomi Farms & Resorts Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and field marketing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
• Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to drive sales.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to create effective campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
• Support brand building, promotional events, and marketing campaigns for projects.
• Condidate should have own vehicle.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property, Plots, Farmland sales, and customer handling.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and close high-value deals.
• Client data manage in MS Excell
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven professional.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• MBA with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Minimum 1 years of proven experience in real estate sales & marketing.
• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
