Job Summary
A Real Estate Sales Agent assists clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. They provide market insights, guide clients through transactions, and ensure a smooth and legally compliant process from listing to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties
Conduct property showings and open houses
Develop and maintain client relationships
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
Prepare and present property listings
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
Stay updated on real estate market trends and property values
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and legal professionals

Required Skills & Qualifications
