Candidate Criteria
1–6 years of sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
Fluent in Gujarati (mandatory) with basic Hindi knowledge
Strong communication and sales closing skills
Comfortable with office-based work (calling & client handling)
Target-driven, confident, and good at follow-ups
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound client calls
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
Explain property details and benefits to clients
Schedule and coordinate site visits
Follow up with leads and close sales
Maintain client data and update records
