Job Profile: Real Estate Rental Agent

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused Real Estate Rental Agent to help clients find suitable rental homes based on their needs, budget, and preferred location. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, schedule and conduct property viewings, negotiate lease agreements, and guide clients through the rental process from inquiry to move-in. Responsibilities include maintaining an updated database of available rental properties, generating leads, responding to client inquiries, preparing rental documentation, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for sales and customer service. Previous experience in real estate, leasing, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. A self-driven attitude, knowledge of the local rental market, and the ability to achieve monthly leasing targets are essential for success in this role.
