1.    Generating revenue for the company from the given leads provided and achieving your monthly/quarterly targets.

2.    Lead / Data calling for the interested customer

3.    Evaluating needs and requirements of individual customer.

4.    Meeting with the clients and explaining the details of projects.

5.    Conducting site visits with customers.

6.    Understanding clients finances and help them in closing deal.

7.    Post Sales services to all the booked clients (If needed)

Maintaining relationship with developers, bankers.
