The Real Estate Sales is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, team training, client relationship management, and collaboration with marketing and operations to drive business growth.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and feedback.
Assist team members in deal closures and client negotiations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
Conduct regular team meetings and sales reviews to track performance and align goals.
Collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
Maintain deep knowledge of the real estate market, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and CRM data management.
Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, motivational, and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Sound understanding of property laws, financing, and market trends.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
