• Call, WhatsApp, aur face-to-face baat karne ka confidence ho.

2. Product Knowledge

• RLF The Park ka complete knowledge ho:

  • 2BHK / 3BHK ka size, price, floor plan

  • Amenities, location advantages

  • Payment plans, loan assistance, etc.

3. Follow-Up Skills

• Jo leads aayein (via Meta Ads ya other sources), unke saath regular follow-up kar sake.

• CRM tools ya basic Excel ka use kar sake.

4. Convincing & Negotiation Skills

• Customer ko site visit ke liye convince kar sake.

• Thoda negotiation kar sake closing ke time.

5. Basic Tech Knowledge

• WhatsApp, Google Maps, YouTube videos share kar sake.

• Meta ads se aayi lead sheet ko samajh sake.

• Phone use karne mein smart ho (calls, SMS, CRM if any).

6. Site Visit Handling

• Customer ko site dikhane le jaa sake ya on-site receive kar sake.

• Presentation dena aata ho: sample flat, layout, etc.
