Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

Conduct market research to identify emerging property trends and opportunities.

Promote and market available properties through various online and offline channels.

Arrange and conduct property site visits, presentations, and meetings.

Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and agreements.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Stay up to date with industry developments, government regulations, and competitor activity.
