Rawat Constructions is hiring an experienced Team Leader for our Real Estate Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Guide and motivate team members.
Conduct client meetings and site visits.
Prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with management for business growth.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Team Leader experience in Real Estate.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of Delhi/NCR real estate market.
Male candidates preferred.

Work Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly off : Wednesday
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Location: Rohini, Delhi
