� Experience & Qualifications

 Experience: 2–8 years in real estate sales—residential and commercial. At least

 1 year in team leadership ›1 year noted

 Education: Bachelors in Business, Marketing, or similar (MBA preferred)

Skills Required:

 Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and leadership qualities

 Familiarity with CRM systems & MS Office

 Deep understanding of local (Noida) real estate market

✅ Key Responsibilities

 Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to meet/exceed monthly & quarterly

targets

 Generate & nurture leads (inbound/outbound, cold-call, network, referrals)

 Manage client relationships—from consultations to deal closing; conduct site visits &

walkthroughs

 Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing for strategic insight

 Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation initiatives

 Maintain CRM, prepare sales reports, and provide forecasts to senior management
