We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team at Prosperra Infra Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and closing real estate sales in both residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in promoting our properties and driving revenue growth.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online platforms, and cold calling
Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective clients
Maintain a strong follow-up with leads to ensure consistent engagement and conversion
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to support campaign activities and customer satisfaction
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar B2C sales roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet sales targets
Self-motivated and result-driven attitude
Good understanding of the local property market and legal regulations
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Own vehicle is a plus
Monthly Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and performance)
Target: 15 meetings and 2 confirmed sales per month
Incentives: Performance-based
If the monthly target is not achieved, 50% of the salary will be deducted
Company will provide support (leads, training) for the first 2 months
After 2 months: "No Sale = No Salary" policy applies
