Job Description
Looking for a True Real Estate Sales Person, who knows about market, projects and knows how to interact with clients.
Some of the activities that candidate would be required to undergo on daily basis
Telecalling - Pre Sales calling to leads
Getting site visits on to the projects based on lead requirements
Follow-ups post site visits
Answering to questions and finally getting the lead convert into sales.
KRA
Weekly site visit targets
Monthly sales target
Timely follow-ups with clients
Update on market and projects
Weekly project presentations to the team members
Please Note : We are not looking for RUNNERS - we are looking for sales people.
