We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales professional to join our team. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, showcasing properties, and closing sales while maintaining strong client relationships.
Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, site visits, and networking
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and documentation teams for deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
