Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end property sales including client meetings, site visits, negotiation, and closures. The role requires confidence, product knowledge, and strong customer handling ability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional property presentations.

• Arrange and manage site visits with potential buyers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

• Handle price negotiations confidently and professionally.

• Close deals and ensure booking finalization.

• Coordinate with CRM and Documentation teams for post-sales processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
