Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Real Estate sector. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to close sales and manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with clients to close sales.

• Generate leads through various marketing strategies and follow up promptly.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and client requirements.

• Regularly travel within Delhi NCR, including Gurgaon and Faridabad, for client meetings.

• Create and deliver impactful PowerPoint presentations for clients.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive company image during client interactions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Construction, Interiors, or Real Estate.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and confident in delivering presentations.

• Well-groomed, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi NCR / Gurgaon / Faridabad.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about real estate sales.
