Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct client site visits for residential and commercial properties.
Perform tele-calling to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide property solutions.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated knowledge of property listings, pricing, availability, and market trends.
Assist in preparation of property-related documents, agreements, and reports.
Assist in property marketing activities.
Provide regular updates on leads and sales pipeline to management.
Support clients with legal paperwork and loan documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge - MS Word, Excel, and email handling.
Ability to convince, negotiate, and close sales.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway real estate projects, sites, and sectors.
Qualifications :
Graduate (any stream).
