Position -Real Estate Sales (Commercial, Residential)
Experience - 1-4 years
Responsibilities:
1. Following the potential leads & contacting the potential customers & Channel Partners.
2. Scheduling the visits, explaining to them in detail about the project.
3. Showing them the options according to their requirement and suggesting to them what they should
4. Identifying potential Channel Partners and bringing the Potential Channel Partners on Board.
5. Provided all the required information of the project to the clients & Channel Partners with every detail.
6. Providing the highest service inquiries courteously.
7. Preparation of day-to-day reports on the status of activities.
8. Have been successfully able to lease 78,500 sq ft approx of Retail & Office Space 9. Coordinating with the clients to get all the drawings for work permits to start the fit-outs 10. Events & Marketing Promotion (Online and Offline) - Coordination with the Advertising Company and Event management company on a day-to-day basis for Advertisements, Online marketing presence, and on-ground activation. 11. Preparing LOI & CAM agreements, and arranging final discussions between both parties for closing the deal.
12. Day-to-day involvement between the legal and the client to reach a common ground to come closer to the agreement.
