Real Estate Sales

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 year of proven experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the property market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through various channels (calls, site visits, events, referrals, etc.)

• Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Conduct client meetings and property presentations.

• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Provide accurate sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 year of real estate sales experience (residential or commercial).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Strong client relationship management.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident personality.

• Good knowledge of local property market trends.
