Position: Sales Executive

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team
Set sales targets and ensure team performance
Train and mentor sales executives
Monitor daily sales activities and reports
Develop sales strategies to improve performance
Coordinate with management to achieve business goals
Handle key clients and escalations
Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Experience in real estate/sales industry preferred
