Manage and lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Handle direct client interactions, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Manage broker/channel partner networks and generate business through tie-ups.
Track competitor activities, market trends, and provide insights to management.
Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales executives.
Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance and pipeline.
Maintain excellent relationships with clients to ensure repeat/referral business.
Graduate/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate / financial products / insurance / hospitality.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month (depending on experience)
