Maa Brahmayoni Builders Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives for its premium residential project Metro Kinaaraa at Trisulia, Cuttack.

Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Location

Metro Kinaaraa Project Site, Trisulia, Cuttack, Odisha

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads.

- Conduct site visits and project presentations.

- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

- Build relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.

- Negotiate and close bookings.

- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM is an advantage.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
