​Lead Conversion: Pitch residential and commercial properties to potential buyers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
​Site Visits: Conduct structured property site visits and walk-throughs, highlighting key features, amenities, and location advantages.
​Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to offer the most suitable property options.
​Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up system with warm leads to move them through the sales pipeline.
​Market Awareness: Stay updated on local real estate trends, new project launches, and competitive pricing in the Mira Road and surrounding areas.
​Reporting: Maintain accurate daily/weekly sales reports and update customer data in our system.
