Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or industrial real estate.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, property values, and client needs.

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including listings, showings, negotiations, and contracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, landlords, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare and present property proposals and investment reports to clients.

• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions.

• Stay up to date with real estate regulations, zoning laws, and property tax laws.

• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the management team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in commercial or luxury real estate (if applicable).

• Familiarity with real estate investment analysis.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
