Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of luxury properties in Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will be based in Noida and handle HNI clients, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell luxury properties in Himachal.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and investors.
Achieve sales targets and manage client interactions.
Coordinate marketing initiatives and property site visits.
Requirements:
5+ years in real estate sales (3+ in luxury properties).
Strong understanding of North India and Himachal real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
