Salary - 20,000 to 40,000
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, site visits, references, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Conduct property site visits and client
meetings.
Maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and channel partners.
Negotiate deals and assist in closing sales.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams when required
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and property values.
Requirements
12th pass or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–3 years of experience in sales or real estate.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Own vehicle and smartphone preferred.
