We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential/commercial properties
Assist clients in property selection based on their requirements and budget
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with leads and maintain proper sales records in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure of deals
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of the real estate market
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to handle clients professionally
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email)
