🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads through calls, references, and site visits

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

  • Conduct project presentations and property site visits

  • Coordinate with developers for inventory, pricing, and negotiations

  • Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth documentation process

👤 Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate / Direct Sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Target-oriented with a positive and confident attitude

  • Good local market knowledge (residential/commercial projects)

  • Immediate joiners preferred
