Job Description

A real estate sales job involves guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting of properties by managing the entire process from initial client contact to closing the deal. Key responsibilities include prospecting and cultivating leads, conducting market research to provide property valuations, showing properties, preparing and negotiating contracts, and assisting clients with closing requirements and paperwork.   • Client management:Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service. 

  • Property expertise:Conduct market research, provide accurate property valuations, and advise clients on market trends. 

  • Sales and marketing:Prospect for new clients, generate leads, and market properties through open houses, online listings, and advertisements. 

  • Property showings and tours:Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers. 

  • Negotiation:Prepare and present competitive offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate agreements between buyers and sellers. 

  • Transaction management:Assist clients with all necessary paperwork, such as purchase agreements and closing statements, and guide them through the closing process. 

  • Networking:Develop and maintain a network of professionals like lenders, appraisers, and attorneys to refer clients to. 

  • Compliance:Ensure all transactions comply with relevant real estate laws and regulations.
