Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales to join our team at Growth Realtech. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹45000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, and walk-ins

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries

• Arrange and conduct property site visits

• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients

• Negotiate and close sales deals

• Maintain client follow-ups until booking completion

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and registration

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
