We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help us meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and brand awareness.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
Monitor and improve individual and team performance through regular coaching.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Attend industry events and trade shows to stay updated on trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
Target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Knowledge of the industry/market [insert industry if specific, e.g., Real Estate, FMCG, etc.].
