Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Real Estate Manager to join our growing team in Goa. The ideal candidate must be a local resident of Goa with at least 6 months of relevant experience in the real estate sector. Fluency in Konkani is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with local clients, vendors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day real estate operations, including sales, rentals, and property management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and local authorities.

• Conduct property visits, site inspections, and oversee documentation and compliance.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties.

• Handle negotiations and ensure client satisfaction throughout the transaction process.

• Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and legal regulations in Goa.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate or property management.

• Must be a resident of Goa.

• Fluent in Konkani (spoken); knowledge of English and Hindi is a plus.

• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Basic understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and RERA guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (real estate or business-related fields preferred).

• Familiarity with local real estate market and geography of Goa.
