Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads or databases.

• Promote and explain available real estate properties and investment opportunities.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate property recommendations.

• Schedule site visits and appointments with sales agents or property consultants.

• Follow up on leads regularly to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.

• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales call targets.

• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and client information.

• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales or secure meetings.

• Stay up to date on market trends, pricing, and competitors.

• Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to align lead generation strategies.
