Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate relationship manager responsible for generating leads, handling site visits, closing sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, and marketing campaigns

Meet prospective clients and explain project details

Conduct site visits and property presentations

Negotiate prices and close sales deals

Follow up with clients regularly

Maintain customer database and sales reports

Coordinate with legal and CRM teams for documentation

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

1–5 years of experience in real estate sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of local property market

Ability to achieve targets

Graduate (any degree preferred)
