Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our expanding team. As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Banyan Shield Realty Pvt Ltd. The role focuses on expanding the client base, guiding clients through property options, building lasting relationships, and driving sales of high-end real estate and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert leads through calls, site visits, events, and networking.

  • Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support.

  • Present and promote premium residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.

  • Conduct property tours and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

  • Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and new inventory.

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and sales in CRM tools.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of the local property market (Noida/Delhi-NCR preferred).

  • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales goals.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
