Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years Joining: Immediate Location: Pune Qualifications: Any Graduate Salary: 25,000 – 35,000 + High Incentives Role Overview: This is not a typical real estate sales job, Handle qualified leads, conduct site visits, and guide buyers through real purchase decisions in a high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle qualified leads and conduct site visits, Explain project details, pricing, and configurations, Guide clients through decision-making and closing, Build and maintain client relationships, Coordinate with developers and internal team. Requirements: 6 months – 2 years in real estate sales, Strong communication: Hindi, English, Marathi, Confident in client handling and site visits, Target-driven with high ownership mindset. What We’re Looking For: Ambitious individuals focused on performance and incentives Ability to build trust and close cleanly (no pushy selling).
