We are looking for a proactive and smart B2B Sales Executive to strengthen our on-ground client relationships in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on onboarding and managing Builders, Developers, and Channel Partners, ensuring smooth project listings and end-to-end deal closure support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit and build relationships with builders, developers, and real estate channel partners across Ahmedabad.
• Pitch client’s services and onboard new projects and property listings.
• Handle client-side communication, negotiations, and maintain long-term associations.
• Coordinate site visits, listing verification, and backend support with internal teams.
• Drive deals to closure by ensuring client satisfaction and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate reports of field visits, client feedback, and active inventory.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Prior experience in real estate sales or B2B field roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle on-ground client interactions and project onboarding independently.
• Must be comfortable with daily travel within Ahmedabad.
• MBA/BBA candidates preferred, but performance is valued above qualification.
