Partner Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and empanel active real estate brokers, consultants, and channel partner (CP) firms within the assigned territory. [1]
Relationship Management: Build deep, trust-based relationships with broker networks to keep the company's residential or commercial projects top-of-mind. [1, 2]
Sales Enablement & Training: Conduct regular property briefings, presentations, and training sessions for broker sales teams regarding project USPs, pricing, configurations, and payment plans.
Lead Tracking & Conversions: Oversee lead generation pipelines, ensure correct lead tagging, and coordinate with internal site sales teams for walk-ins, site visits, and deal closures.
Partner Engagement: Organize broker meets, incentive drives, and site tours to motivate partners and increase their business contribution.
Operational Coordination: Work with internal Marketing, Finance, and CRM teams to ensure smooth sales execution and timely brokerage payouts.
Market Intelligence: Gather feedback on local micro-market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer preferences to share with leadership.
