We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. You will guide clients through the property buying, selling, or leasing process while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, online platforms, property portals, and walk-ins.
Meet prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants to understand their requirements.
Present and showcase residential/commercial properties to clients.
Accompany clients on property tours; highlight features, benefits, and value.
Prepare and present property proposals, brochures, and comparative market analysis.
Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants.
Close deals and assist clients with documentation, agreements, and handovers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, property listings, and pricing.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Number of leads generated per month.
Number of property site visits organized.
Conversion rate from lead → sale/booking.
Sales volume/value closed.
Customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Essential:
Proven experience in real estate sales or related sales role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Desirable:
Familiarity with local property market & trends.
Basic knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and procedures.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for property visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools.
Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
