Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Attend client meetings and understand property requirements
Present residential/commercial projects to prospective buyers
Conduct site visits and property tours
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain client database and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transactions
