Real Estate Sales

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Site Visit Officer to join our real estate team. The role involves assisting prospective clients in visiting project sites, explaining property details, highlighting investment opportunities, and ensuring a smooth and professional client experience during site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule site visits with potential clients.

• Greet and assist clients during property/site visits.

• Explain project features, amenities, location advantages, and investment benefits.

• Provide accurate information on pricing, plot sizes, legal documentation, and development plans.

• Address client queries and concerns in a professional manner.

• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Work closely with the sales team to convert site visits into bookings.

• Maintain records of visits, feedback, and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred).

• Pleasant personality with customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of real estate market trends (preferred).

• Ability to handle client queries with patience and confidence.

• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites.

• Minimum 12th pass; Bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or related field preferred.
