clientsandinternalteams,ensuringsmoothexecutionofcampaigns,clientsatisfaction,andrepeat
business.
KeyResponsibilities:
•Sourcingpotentialclientsforourleadgenerationservicethroughnetworking,coldcalling,
nurturingleads,etc.
•Schedulingandconductingone-on-onemeetingswithpotentialclients.
•Demonstratingoursoftwareandexplainingabouttheservicesweprovide.
•Convincethepotentialclientsandtrytomakeclosuresbycollectingpayments.
•Briefingthemarketingteam abouttheclient'srequirementandensuringqualitydelivery.
•Maintaininggoodrelationshipwiththeclientsandkeeptheretentionratehigh.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’sdegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministration,orrelatedfield.
•1–4yearsofexperienceinclientservicing/relationshipmanagement
(realestatemarketingexperiencepreferred).
•Strongunderstandingofdigitalmarketingconcepts(GoogleAds,MetaAds,SEO,socialmedia)
•Excellentcommunication,presentation,andinterpersonalskills.
•Problem-solvingattitudewithclient-firstmindset.
•Abilitytohandlemultipleaccountsandprioritizeeffectively.
•ProficiencyinMSOffice,CRM tools,andreportingdashboards.
