Real Estate Sales

• Arrange and conduct property/site visits.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and other relevant details.

• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, developers, channel partners, and customers throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, property prices, competitors, and new projects.

• Ensure a professional customer experience from initial enquiry through closing.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or business development preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.

• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000-30000 per month + attractive sales incentives/commission.
