Job Title: Closing Manager – Luxury Real Estate
Location: Charni Road, South Mumbai
Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Flexible)
Weekoff: Any Weekday
Salary: up to 50k
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end closure of high-value residential transactions, ensuring a seamless transition from negotiation to registration.
• Act as the central point of coordination between HNI/UHNI clients, developers, legal advisors, and channel partners.
• Oversee documentation, due diligence, and compliance processes with zero-error tolerance.
• Ensure smooth and timely deal closures by managing pipelines and resolving any hurdles efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring discretion, responsiveness, and lasting post-closure relationships.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury or premium real estate closures/sales.
• Proven success handling high-value transactions (multi-crore deals).
• Strong command over legal documentation, compliance, and registration processes.
• Proven skill in managing relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
• Deep familiarity with South Mumbai’s luxury real estate ecosystem.
Preferred Background / Bonus:
• Experience with luxury developers or high-end real estate advisory firms.
• Well-established network within South Mumbai’s broker and developer community.
• Experience handling both primary and resale luxury properties.
• Comfortable working with high-discretion clients, including family offices, HNIs, and UHNIs.
