We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join our real estate team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and property trends
Arrange property site visits and guide clients through the decision-making process
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners
Negotiate deals and close sales
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to management
Stay updated with real estate regulations, market conditions, and competitors
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market (preferred)
